Start the feed pump to input the material into the filter press through the feed port, and the material enters the filter chamber through the channel on the filter plate. Under the action of the feed pump pressure, the clear liquid passes through the filter cloth and enters the densely distributed dot-shaped filter surface on the filter plate. Then it flows out from the liquid outlet after being collected through the channel on the filter plate. The filter cake is retained in the filter chamber until the filter cake fills the filter chamber, then stop the feed pump, loosen the clamping plate, and then pull the filter plates one by one towards the clamping plate to remove the filter cake in the frame, and then re-enter the next working cycle.
