  • New environmental regulations for commercial concrete stations

Sand and gravel recycling and zero sewage discharge have become essential conditions for compliant production at commercial concrete stations, which has also brought urgent pressure for environmental protection upgrades to many of them.
Many commercial concrete stations are facing an urgent need for upgrading and renovation due to the aging of existing environmental protection equipment and outdated technology, which do not meet the requirements of new regulations. However, they also encounter many puzzles: they do not know how to quickly adapt to the new regulations, are not clear about which equipment to choose, are worried about the high cost of upgrading, and fear that the long upgrade cycle will affect production.
EMP Environmental Protection has been deeply involved in the field of environmental protection for concrete mixing stations for many years. We have launched customized environmental protection solutions tailored to environmental requirements, helping commercial concrete stations easily upgrade and operate in compliance. EMP's core equipment, such as sand and gravel separators and zero sewage discharge systems, meets all environmental requirements and can be directly put into use, significantly shortening the upgrade cycle, reducing upgrade costs, and avoiding any impact on normal production. At the same time, our technical team will tailor-make exclusive upgrade plans based on the size of the site, production capacity requirements, and existing equipment conditions of different commercial concrete stations. We provide technical guidance and services throughout the entire process, from early site survey and equipment selection, to mid-term installation and debugging, personnel training, and later after-sales operation and maintenance, offering a one-stop solution to the environmental protection upgrade challenges of commercial concrete stations.
