Large volumes of suspended dust are easily generated at aggregate yards and mixing station stockpiles during material loading, unloading, transfer operations and windy weather. Conventional water sprinkling consumes massive amounts of water, leaving muddy puddles all over the yard. It also dampens and clogs sand and stone aggregates, damaging the quality of raw concrete materials. Excessive unorganized dust emissions will trigger complaints from nearby residents and penalties from environmental authorities. Frequent manual watering and patrol work also add heavy operational burdens.
Our yard spray dust suppression system adopts micron-level high-pressure atomization technology, breaking water into tiny mist droplets that rapidly adsorb fine airborne dust and settle it down, achieving a dust removal efficiency of over 95%. Compared with ordinary sprinklers, the high-pressure micro-mist system consumes only 30% of the water used by traditional watering methods, saving more than 70% of water resources overall. The thin mist leaves no standing water, keeping the ground dry. This prevents vehicle skidding on slippery surfaces to boost on-site safety, and avoids over-moistening raw aggregates and excessive water content.
For enclosed sheds, pipeline layouts can be customized according to the internal dimensions of the shed. The overhead hoisted installation takes up no ground working space and does not hinder the normal passage of forklifts and loaders. It can be quickly retrofitted to both new and existing enclosed sheds to deliver full, dead-angle-free coverage.
