Taking the medium-sized mixing station in Jiangxi region as an example, this mixing station has been established for many years and is mainly engaged in the production of commercial concrete. In daily production, a large amount of waste concrete and slurry water are generated every day. It had long been plagued by these two major issues: a large amount of waste concrete was piled up haphazardly, not only occupying nearly 1,000 square meters of space but also causing serious waste of sand and gravel raw materials, resulting in additional annual raw material procurement costs; meanwhile, slurry water was directly discharged without treatment, seriously affecting normal production operations and corporate reputation.     
To thoroughly address this predicament, the mixing plant, after extensive comparison and investigation, ultimately opted for an integrated solution incorporating a sand and gravel separator coupled with a zero sewage discharge system. Upon commissioning of the equipment, the previous predicament was completely resolved: the sand and gravel separator efficiently separated sand and gravel from waste concrete. Actual operational measurements revealed that over 5,000 tons of sand and gravel raw materials were recovered annually, resulting in annual savings in raw material costs based on current market prices for sand and gravel. The zero sewage discharge system facilitated the recycling of slurry water, eliminating wastewater discharge. The treated clean water was fully utilized for concrete mixing and equipment cleaning, further saving water resource costs annually.
Nowadays, this mixing station has not only achieved environmental compliance but also significantly reduced operating costs and significantly improved production efficiency, generating an annual profit increase of over 400,000 yuan. It has become a benchmark case for environmental upgrading of local mixing stations and vividly demonstrates the reliable quality and practical value of EMP equipment, providing valuable experience for more mixing stations to upgrade their environmental protection.
