Equipped with diamond-shaped anti-clogging screen mesh, it effectively prevents wet concrete adhesion and jamming, maintaining stable operation even under continuous large-volume discharging. The machine is fitted with a fully automatic PLC control system. After waste concrete from mixer trucks is fed in, one-click operation completes the full process of sand-gravel screening, washing and slurry water recovery, eliminating the need for long-term on-site operators. Work that used to take four to five workers half a day can be finished efficiently by the machine within one hour. 

The separated sand and aggregate meet cleanliness standards and can be directly reused in concrete production. Slurry water is recycled in a closed-loop system, achieving genuine zero waste discharge.
