With the advancement of the "dual carbon" goals and the tightening of environmental protection policies, mixing plants and commercial concrete stations are gradually advancing the "zero emission" transformation. "How to achieve full recycling of concrete waste and sewage" has become a key concern for enterprises. Focusing on the field of concrete zero emission, we have launched a full set of zero emission equipment and solutions to assist mixing plants in achieving full recycling and utilization of sewage and waste, truly achieving the goal of zero emission.

The concrete zero-emission equipment adopts a closed-loop design featuring "sand-gravel separation + sewage treatment + slurry water recovery". It integrates core products such as the GSF40 sand-gravel separator, modular sewage treatment equipment, and slurry water recovery system, forming a complete zero-emission system. It is suitable for the production needs of various mixing stations and commercial concrete stations in Shandong, and can be flexibly adapted to both newly built mixing stations and the renovation of old equipment.

In terms of core equipment, the Enpu Environmental Protection GSF40 waste wet concrete sand and gravel separator, as the core product of the industry standard participating unit for sand and gravel separators, can efficiently separate sand and gravel from slurry water in waste concrete. The separated sand and gravel have high purity and fully meet the reuse standards for concrete production, and can be directly re-input into production. The sand and gravel recovery rate is over 95%, significantly reducing the waste of sand and gravel resources. The separated slurry water is filtered and precipitated through a slurry water recovery system, and after removing impurities, it is recycled for mixing production, achieving zero waste of slurry water.

The supporting construction site wastewater treatment equipment adopts a modular design tailored to the characteristics of production wastewater and cleaning wastewater from mixing stations. It can flexibly adapt to the needs of mixing stations of different sizes. Through processes such as multi-stage filtration and reverse osmosis, the wastewater is thoroughly treated, and the treated water quality meets the standards for recycling. It can be used for mixing and cleaning equipment, truly achieving zero wastewater discharge and fundamentally solving the problem of wastewater pollution. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent monitoring system that can monitor the wastewater treatment process in real time, ensuring stable and compliant treatment results. There is no need for frequent manual operation, reducing labor costs.
