Firstly, when using the concrete reclaimer, the gearbox lubricating oil needs to be replaced after one week of use of the new concrete reclaimer, and then every six months thereafter. Moreover, when the concrete concrete reclaimer is not used for a long time, the mixer blades of the mixing tank must be raised above the water surface, and the submersible sewage pump should not be soaked in water.
Secondly, every time the concrete reclaimer completes its work, it is necessary to clean the material in the hopper to ensure that there are no lumps in the hopper. If there is residual material in the mixing and garage, and the driver operates according to normal methods, there will be no residual material, but over time it will increase the damage to the internal equipment of the concrete reclaimer.
