The working process of concrete reclaimer

Concrete reclaimer is a commonly used industrial equipment, mainly used to separate materials such as sand and gravel from soil for further processing or reuse. The working process of the sand and gravel separator can be divided into the following steps:
1、 Feed material
Firstly, the material to be separated enters the bin of the concrete reclaimer through the feeding port. Usually, the feeding port is set above or on the side of the silo to evenly distribute the material into the silo.
2、 Moist
In the silo, the material is thoroughly mixed with water to keep it moist. This process can be achieved by adding an appropriate amount of water, and controlling the amount of water is crucial for the separation effect.
3、 Separation
The wet material enters the separator through the conveying device. In the separator, sand and gravel with a higher specific gravity will settle to the bottom, while soil with a lighter specific gravity will float to the top. This process can be controlled by adjusting the angle and speed of the separator to control the separation effect.
4、 Discharge
The separated sand and soil are discharged from the bottom and top of the separator, respectively. The discharged sand, gravel, and soil can be further processed or reused as needed.
5、 Cleaning
In order to ensure the cleanliness of the separator and extend its service life, it is necessary to regularly clean the separator. When cleaning, high-pressure water guns or cleaning agents can be used to flush the inside of the separator to remove residual materials and dirt.
The above is the working process of the sand and gravel separator, which is easy to operate and highly efficient, and can effectively separate materials such as sand, gravel, and soil.
